Last night, I had my first "real alone time" with both kids. My wife went on a little shopping trip, and then to a movie... leaving me with little girl, and the 4 week old boy for like 6 hours. No F&*%kin Zipper Pajamas…Any Where?
This is something that really bothers me for some stupid reason. Why is it nearly impossible to find newborn and infant pajamas with zippers. What is the deal? Zippers are way easier, faster, and look better. So why would they do this to us. I was at Kohl's today, and the Carters rep, just happened to be there. The conversion went like this...

Our Son is Born

Wyatt Adler Wainscott was born on January 15 2010 . He is a big boy. Coming out weighing 9lbs and 21 inches long.
The day stared at 4 am. Everything progressed nice and smooth and Wyatt was born at 3:22 in the after noon. We left for home the next day.

Lets just say, you are on vacation in Hawaii. Everything is going great. Just you, your wife, and your 13 month old baby, and the sun. You think to yourself… “say, when was the last time she had a period? Shit! Better ask!”
“Hey, when were you supposed to have your period?”
She replies…”a few weeks ago” sounding all happy and stuff
“What!? Ahh S#%t, are you fu*&%$g kidding me!”
So off to the grocery store you go to get the test…you get back to the room, hand over the test and… “+” is all that you see.
Well that is what happend to us a few months ago. The new little one is supposed to come on January 15 2010. Oh… and its a boy this time!
Looks like my job as a stay at home dad, just got a promotion.
