The other day my wife came home from shopping at the mall with a good story that she said I should share with all of you.
So you know how at some malls and department stores they have “family lounges” where we can all go in and feed or change our babies. My wife, who is comfortable breastfeeding anywhere, was feeding our kid, and talking to some other people that were in there feeding their kids, and changing them and stuff. Anyway, apparently there was some guy in there who was changing his baby’s diaper, and I guess he was talking to some other lady in there,
because wife wife was
eavesdropping on the conversation, like all women do. He was a stay at home dad, who was new to the area, and was saying how he thought it was cool that there was a “family lounge” at the mall. Then some lady came in with her kid to feed, and she got all in his face, asking him to leave because she wanted to feed her kid. He laughed at her at first. But she kept it up, and was being really rude to this guy telling him to get out. Nobody stuck up for this guy,
he got
embarrassed or felt bad or something and he left.
I live for these type of moments. I love the confrontation between myself and fu#%ing beeotches like that. It happens more often that you think. Just because we are men who are taking care of the baby, women think they rule all the family places…they don’t. Us guys are coming out in a big, big way. You better get used to it, and get out of our way.
I couldn’t agree more…dads are finally banding together and building a strong alliance to combat the mommy establishment.
